The fee is escrowed from your AI wallet on acceptance; the specialist delivers a written resolution within their stated SLA. On acceptance the escrowed amount is split 80% to the specialist and 20% to the platform. Proposals expire after 72 hours.
  • Browser agent. A Claude-powered browser-use agent can drive your admin consoles directly, billed at $0.25 per minute from your AI wallet.
  • Company knowledge base. Upload SOPs, configuration docs, and runbooks (PDF, DOCX, MD). The AI reads them before every triage.

Pricing

Flat $149 per month per company. 7-day free trial with a $20 starter AI-wallet credit. Each subsequent month also includes $20 of wallet credit. AI usage is metered from the wallet: $0.50 per ticket triage, $0.25 per minute of browser-agent automation, $1.00 per minute for live specialist sessions (15-minute minimum, 4-hour cap), and flat-fee async specialist proposals escrowed on acceptance (specialist-set price). All AI usage is deducted from your AI wallet credit. Wallet top-ups start at $10 in $10 increments, up to $500 per top-up. No seat fees, no lock-in, cancel anytime.
